Maize is likely to continue down trade trend for the week. Increasing arrivals from A.P and Bihar regions are might keep the pressure on the prices. The demand from the exporters is fading away as the buyers are more interested towards the feed wheat which is substituted for the maize as the poultry feed. 

The demand which is slowed down across the spot markets might have negative impact on the prices going forward. According to third advance estimates the production of maize is projected around 20.23 million tons.
